Arbeitsatmosphäre
Mandatory office days have just been reintroduced. For now, just one day a week. However, it makes no sense at all, as we all work in teams across Europe, so there is no advantage in terms of collaboration. Many of the offices are also far too small to accommodate all the employees at the location.
There is a lot of pressure to make profit. The needs of the employees are irrelevant.
The direct cooperation with most colleagues is usually pleasant. However, working directly with the management is usually not. Employees are put down in front of everyone in meetings and the general tone is very harsh. The non-hierarchical organization basically means that the managing directors decide everything on their own, which results in micro-management from above.
The working hours are flexible, but there is so much work and fixed meetings that you can't really be flexible.
Kommunikation
Efforts are made to ensure good communication within the Cluster, but company-wide communication leaves a lot to be desired. Most stuff you learn through gossip.

Most colleagues are very helpful and friendly. We suffer together and stick together.
Work-Life-Balance
Overtime is not uncommon, but usually you are not compensated for it. Internal hours are not tracked, you are planned 100% on projects.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The only superiors left are the managing directors.
Interessante Aufgaben
Some stuff is really interesting, some interesting clients as well, but you don't have a say in the choice of projects. It all gets very repetitive after a while as well.
Gleichberechtigung
There are some efforts here, but not everything is always equal in everyday working life.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There aren't that many older colleagues, but I haven't noticed any discriminatory behavior here so far.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Laptops are ok, a few special requests are also fulfilled. Standard overall.
Previously it was possible to work completely from home, now you are forced into overcrowded offices with broken hardware at least one day a week.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The activities that exist are pure PR. There is no interest in real environmental awareness.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
In the employee surveys, salary is the most frequent point of criticism. It's not terrible, but it's not good either. There are hardly any salary increases and when there are they are tiny.
Image
Internally, the image is now pretty bad. The image among customers is very mixed.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You can apply for training, but it's difficult to find the time. There is a clear focus on certificates that look good.
