The destruction of a company by a foreign shareholder, massive job cuts on the backs of those who brought the shareholder the profit, a non-transparent management that is more interested in political games than in the company, that does not promote innovation.

Colleagues are afraid of losing their jobs due to the massive job cuts, which is having a huge impact on morale.

Non-existent, the information you get is always the same and just buzzwords.

Depending on the department, colleagues may be more or less interested in helping you. Basically, however, they are the most positive point here.
Work-Life-Balance
In my department it's still ok at the moment, but in other departments you hear about a lot of overtime. The mental strain is often high. The management wishes more presence in the office again.

The line managers and team leads do a good job, but unfortunately the management does not.

Depends massively on what you get budget for. Unfortunately, these are not the exciting things.
Arbeitsbedingungen
You get material that works, but no more. Online features that would make everyday life easier are often blocked.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
My salary is good, but there are no salary increases and bonus cuts with questionable reasons and the message that it was a very successful financial year.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No real development opportunities, further training is only offered internally.
