Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Good hybrid and remote working opportunity. Lot of trust and autonomy of work. Good team work and projects because of parent company Infosys. Summar party are great fun.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

There is no career path document or framework. Yearly reviews are casual and no one wants to track and see improvements year on year.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Appreciate the hard work people put it by giving salary raise and promotions. By saying their names in the company meeting does not pay our bills.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

There is trust and ownership of work. The deadlines are really short and the pressure is intense to deliver a lot of work. Managers give good praise but dont want to give promotions or salary raise. At times have to do long hours for the whole week which happens once every three weeks.

Kommunikation

There are monthly meetings where new joiners and leavers are informed,. The projects communication can get chaotic as we lack project managers.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

There is good environment, the energy is high and at times it gets competitve.

Work-Life-Balance

There is good work-life balance. We can take holidays when we want. We can use overtime hours towards compensation time off.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

There is no career plan or evaluations of targets set on how you want to progress. Its all subjective and word of mouth.

Interessante Aufgaben

We get a lot of freedom to own and do the work we want. People are open to others idea.

Gleichberechtigung

Women do have equal rights and get promotions. But the company lacks diversity in the leadership roles. Its majority native german people.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

There are majority young colleages from 25 to 40 years. Old colleages above 50 years old are handful.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salaries are paid on time. Managers decide if you get a raise or not. Yearly raise to match inflation is not a thing here. There is no system of a bonus. Under paid and over worked to one level higher seniority.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

There is no set budget for taking courses. Managers need to approve courses for you. They never approve as they say its expensive or we are not making a profit. There is internal initiatives for L&D but it may not fit what you want to grow towards.

Dear colleague,
thank you for sharing your thoughts and experience. I'm happy to hear that you value the trust, autonomy and ownership that we are proud of and which are so important for good teamwork and the impressive results we deliver as a company.

We are currently evaluating the career frameworks across all units and I'm sorry to hear that you weren't able to benefit from a good personal development plan yet. Most units and teams do have well thought through plans and regular feedback sessions and we just implemented a process and questionnaire that is accessible for everyone for their development discussions.

In January we also launched a training program for the overall company that you can take part in independent of your role, level, or unit. Also, you have full access to LinkedIn Learning as well as all learning offerings that we can access via our parent company Infosys.

Please address your Talent Engagement Partner from our People & Culture Team directly and they will support you with all information you need. We are happy to coach you so you can own your career development and make plans that are in line with your expectations.

Looking forward to hearing from you,
Nina
