Hire internally for higher positions rather always looking outside. Its a failure of you to not groom local talent.

Its relaxed. Or when there is a period of stress, you find the support.

Communication could be improved. From one town hall to the other there are always surprises.

Colleagues are usually supportive. There are sometimes pushback but thats understandable.

Homeoffice with two days mandatory presence is good.

Not much fan of top management. They live in their own universe and have little connection.

Often the topics to work on are interesting showing focus on CX.
