They are great at hiring people, and the team will always be in my head and my heart. I'm still friends with many ex-colleagues. I just wish they would have a proper leadership and listen to the feedback from employees. With so many cries for help, they should listen more closely.

Good or exceptional work is expected. But people are stretched over too many teams, thus failing in giving you the support needed. Leadership is chaotic, intransparent and quick in changing minds. There is lack of consistent prioritization and professionality. Little room to grow.

I was the manager who knew exactly how to deal with the employees. The C-Lvl of course does not know :-) especially a certain person... but everyone knows that. Even his employees don't think anything of him. Shows no respect, eavesdrops on others, especially after a higher alcohol intake. You just have to experience it yourself in this company. But of course I do NOT recommend to work in this company. ready2order has no future anymore.
While I enjoyed collaborating with my colleagues, it was disheartening to witness a high turnover rate during my tenure. It seemed that individuals driven to accomplish great things did not remain with the company for long.

In general, nobody talks to employees from the higher levels. CLEVEL is superhuman, disrespectful and sneaky. The manager just snaps at you. Ein anschauliches Beispiel dafür ist, dass eine bestimmte Person aus dem C-Level-Bereich in Bezug auf anstehende Umstrukturierungen absichtlich nur selektive Informationen weitergibt, womit sie unfreiwillig Ängste bei den Mitarbeitern schürt.
