Der Zusammenhalt ist das was am Ende bleibt!
Ich hatte sehr gute Erfahrungen mit Kollegen und schätze sie auch weiterhin. Wenn man selbst ein Gamer ist, dann findet man hier schnell Anhang - auch wenn man keiner ist.
Leider gibt es hier sehr viel Tratsch und wenn man nicht von den Leuten angenommen wird, dann wird man sehr schnell als "komisch" abgestempelt.
Gruppenbildung ist die einzige Art, hier zu überleben und sich gegenseitig irgendwie den Arbeitstag zu retten. "Unter den Bus schmeißen" gibt es zwar auch, aber selten im direkten Umfeld.
Ohne einige der harten Arbeiter hätte dieses Unternehmen einige seiner Misserfolge nicht überlebt. Es gibt dort wirklich nette Leute, die unterbewertet sind.

Keine Weiterbildungen wurden jemals angeboten oder ernst genommen auf Anfrage. Karriere ist nur möglich, wenn man bereits hoch einsteigt. Sollte man das "Glück" haben, den Job des Vorgesetzten zu bekommen, geht dies selten mit einer Gehaltserhöhung Hand in Hand.
Man muss sich quasi alles selbst antrainieren. Wenn um eine Weiterbildung/Kurs/Einführung zu einem Programm gefragt wurde, dann hieß es immer nur "schau dir Videos an oder lass es dir von jemandem erklären". Leider gab es nicht immer jemand, der einem das erklären konnte.
