The salary ranges of those who started working in the company before are very different. Salaries are so much under the Munich average. Also the amount written in the contract is the total amount with bonus. 90% of the amount written is your gross salary. The remaining 10% is a bonus and you can get it at the end of the year if all targets are met. The targets are never met.
