Communication was very unpleasant. The tech lead put a lot of pressure on me during the first six months, often making me feel like I was a poor-performing employee—but it turned out this was the same for everyone. The manager, surprisingly, was highly incompetent in communication. He didn’t say a single word to me on my last working day and actively avoided me during my final two weeks.
